Fabio Tedde, was travelling the world trying to play all of the Pianos installed as a part of this project. I bumped in to him as he was about to embark on playing this piano. Unfortunatly the piano was by this time unplayable. Blackburn and Burnley had a few piano casulties over the weeks. Fabio settled for a photograph and headed off for Blackburn Market, which benefits from a roof

Rain Trashed Piano

Sad, premature end to the town halls stripey piano.
The rain trashed the paint and swelled the keys till it was a shadow of its former self. I wish the weather had been kinder for longer then I could have had a bit more practice. I would have loved to have seen a host of fellow locals enjoying the transient fun these pianos offered

This is my boyfriend Timothy Nixon enjoying playing the piano during our lunch hour from work. He obviously knows what he is doing :-)
