Kayleigh Doughty, a spray paint artist and winner of the Young Tate Award 2009, based her design for this piano on the idea of wrapping it in different coloured cables.
Forlorn near Cineworld. This piano is sad. So is the fallen-over bike. More here. Credit: Nina Lübbren.

Report this commentI had a quick play on this piano this afternoon after seeing a movie with my family and was joined by my niece and nephew. The piano seems to have suffered, and was in several pieces, with quite a chunk of the hammers having been removed. Which is a shame, but didn't stop us having fun!
