Sunday evening improvisations at the MAC
This piano has color changing LED lighting inside and you can see the piano hammers/action through a plexiglass window in the front of the instrument!

Report this commentDavid, 16, playing Concert Etude No. 3 "Un Sospiro" by Franz Liszt. This is his 13th Street Piano to try out. It's neat to see the action of the hammers going on. David has played this for a recital for his piano teacher, Mr. Steven Bardin (http://www.bardinmusic.com/), and will play it again for a competition.

Report this commentDavid playing "Tenderly" on his 13th Street Piano. This is a really neat piano - you can see the action inside.

Report this commentWorking on my goal to play all of the street pianos set up for the Street Piano project in Mesa. My goal is to play every one and use a different song on each one. This #7 for me. The song is Three Dog Night's "Jeremiah Was a Bullfrog."

Report this commentWhile walking up to play on one of the pianos I was wonderfully surprised by this nice gentleman, of 80 years young. Isn't he amazing?
