So, we unlocked the piano this a.m. at about 7:30 and the bracket that holds the lock was blocking us from lifting the lid completely up. The guy who works at the Mud Truck had a screwdriver and said that he would unscrew the bracket and replace it before he leaves at around 7 p.m. Is there anyway we can have it moved to a different location so that the lid will be able to open completely?
