  1. Jukebox the Ghost ( http://www.myspace.com/jukeboxtheghost ) performs for fans during their "5 Boroughs in One Day" mini-tour, at the Astor Place piano.

  2. A quick video showing the Astor Place piano in context. The MudTruck is not selling CDs of music played on the piano. But anyone who mentions this video gets a free coffee. (Just kidding)
  3. Noticed the pianos outside the subway yesterday! You can tell people are very excited about the project but a few kids were too intimidated to give it a try yet :-)

  4. I heard about this project a few weeks ago from a friend. On my way to perform for Make Music New York at Gramercy Park, I saw this piano at Astor Place and started playing. It was perfect to warm up before my performance, and the two homeless guys spurred me on with applause and encouragements, include one who can lying on the other side of the piano the whole time. I think it's a reflection on how we never pay attention to these "untouchables" who are really loved by God and have good hearts. I pray that I can bless the life of NYC's "down and out" with my music and plan to play at many street piano's as possible over the next 2 weeks.
  5. One of the many videos I hope to cut for this exhibition. This is an same day edit for Marc. Enjoy!

Anyone interested in meeting up at another piano and jamming while I record, feel free to email me - rockstaradonis@yahoo.com
