  1. Motown recording artist, Ginette Claudette and Jessica Ashley performing "Unthinkable" on June 21, 2010.

I found this one open (had looked three different occasions to see a padlock staring in the face) at 7/2 2.20 pm in the afternoon, very quick into the set, i got a neophyte pianist who wanted to learn something, anything about how this piano thing worked. This led to a few minutes of scatting "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star"

    That closed out the set, as this began the quest to play one piano in each of the five boroughs.
  3. I dropped by the piano here a little after 1:30 today and got to tickle the ivories with a little Log Driver's Waltz (it's Canada Day after all), a little Maple Leaf Rag, and a little Gershwin. I couldn't pass up the opportunity to play Gershwin in NYC!
  4. It was a lovely Sunday @ the Seaport with the tall ships in the background, NY harbor!

  5. Again, thankful for the photos that make it easier to find exact locations of the pianos! The lovely ladies were playing, I think even "Fur Elise" here? -- then the guys sat & even did a rendition of "God Bless America" -- but since it was a flat spinet top I had to get out "Simon Smith & the Amazing Dancing Bear" singing...
