Billy Butler attempts to play a piano in Times Square but yet again is thwarted by the piano police. Don't fret though, he is great at improvising!!!

All of these pictures are great to look at....but it's ashame that we can't have this on Staten Island. It would be nice for celeberties to come to Staten Island as well.....but opps.....our pianos are locked or the other 2 you have to pay admission to get in and can only acess when they are open.
I was so looking forward to this, there was so much talk about on the news and in the papers.....but it seems like Staten Island is the "forgotten borough"!
