The 5 Browns playing an arrangement and rift of Mozart's Alla Turca by Greg Anderson. The video was filmed while playing the international street pianos art installment by Luke Jerram, called "Play Me, I'm Yours."

Report this commentJake Batwinas playing a tune that stretched across 6 of the 10 pianos, with the city providing a backing track of cars, wind, and people passing by.

Report this comment2 a.m. Sunday morning I was walking home past the "Play Me I'm Yours" piano near Galivan Plaza and a man had brought sheet music and was playing the piano gently. I sat down to listen. When he finished, I applauded, which made him jump (he... didn't know I was there) and he came over and introduced himself. He's a music teacher that grew up near Manti and raised lambs when he was a kid. I shared a few details about myself, we talked music for a bit, wished each other good morning, and left. Wonderful way to wrap up the evening.

Report this comment"Sing us a song you're the piano man!" You can't tell here, but there was a Billy Joel party going on last night!! People thought we were drunk in the Gallivan Center but we were actually sober haha...and we got to meet some random people walking by. There's something magical about impromptu street music that just brings people together. I seriously think this is a brilliant idea!

Report this commentWe visited this piano on 6/15/2012. Unfortunately it was horribly out of tune. Maybe someone can fix that. The one at the Bennett Federal building is AMAZING!
