  1. After a great musical at the San Jose Rep, we were delighted to find this gift of public music as we strolled along the Paseo. Watching and recording several musicians, we met Melanie Valdez and her friend (?).

Even with a "missing partial E flat key.. " we were taken with her skill and grace. We were the new people :) they met, and I promised to post this video of her Prelude in C by Rachmaninoff. Best to you Melanie!
  2. An after-dinner walk (from Morton's Steakhouse) led me to this piano. Very cool looking, however, was missing partial E flat key.. so little more difficult to play songs ..but overall, still had a great time playing and meeting some new people :)

  4. Stop #2 on my mom's piano tour...she said this one had the nicest tone. And we LOVE how it's painted!
  5. Second picture I had to post. His socks matched the eyes of the piano. Thanks for having these pianos available for people to sit and play. Every town should have a place like this where artist connect with a piece of art .....Berkeley, CA
