had a nice tinkle at this piano last friday. Some ladies waiting for their bus asked for "new york new york" and i couldn't remember it! Gave them a bit of Blue Moon instead. It is a cool spot, this one. Hopefully i'll get another play this week and no one from work will walk past!

At 7a.m. Australia Day morning, after riding in a tethered balloon and watching the graceful ascension of all the liberated ones, we went searching for music and found it in our fingers. My mother is playing "Jesus Loves Me". Today she remembers her wedding on this day 46 years ago - her third anniversary without her lovely groom.

Our 22-month-old daughter Jones had her first piano lesson here outside the fabulous Mars Hill Cafe. Great conversation starter!

The Air Orchestra at the Lennox Bridge bus stop. Full credit to the guy in stilts who walked from the bus stop up to the rotunda in Prince Alfred Park while trying to rally spectators to follow them.
This was so much fun.
