   Actually, that guy who was busking there today (a guitarist called Peter Dickson) was completely overpowering and obviously discouraging people from playing the piano... he set up his amplifier right behind the piano (which was there first) and was playing very loudly! Bad form! It really annoyed me because I've been enjoying the different performance every time I walk past the piano... instead I got over-amplified guitar and the poor people sitting at the piano couldn't even hear themselves.

   There was a man busking, playing an Er Hu yesterday, and was completely overpowered by waves of piano players. I felt kind of sorry for him, since he was out there trying to make some small change out of it, and everyone else was in it for a bit of a laugh. Still, he can move more easily than the piano I suppose...

   Thanks for this great Idea! I played on Tuesday evening... with my friends singing along! Many people joined in and sang-along too! We all had lots of fun! However I think the piano was off tuned and the pedal didn't work.
