   Hello Everyone,
   
   my apologies to all. There was a misunderstanding over the weekend about the piano locking but this has been rectified. A wonderful local resident, who can hear the piano clearly from her home, has offered to be in charge of locking and unlocking on the weekend-so I think we can rest assured that this won't happen again. Thank you for all your patience and good will and for bringing this to our attention. All the best Michelle Kotevski

   Yes, the tunes gently wafting through the neighbourhood recently have been very pleasant indeed. I am surprised by the fact that so many people know how to play the piano and feel uninhibited enough to play in public.
   
   This of course has its downside. Yes, piss pots playing at 4am - and signing is more than any resident should have to put up with.
   
   Pls make sure the piano is locked at the stated times (9pm?) EVERY night. Or we'll do it ourselves - and hopefully we'll remember to unlock in the mornings.
   
   A great idea to spark conversation and a sense of community but the potential to backfire is an even greater risk.
