Terms & Conditions
T&Cs don’t have to be in incomprehensible legalese and five pages long. Here are ours in clear, plain language. This relates to your use of the site, mostly with regarding uploading content such as comments, photos and videos.
- You agree not to post anything unsuitable, illegal or irrelevant (that’s text, pictures or videos)
- You agree only to post your own content, or content that you have permission to upload.
- All content is owned by the poster, not this site. If you find something that infringes copyright, or is illegal, use the “report this…” button next to the comment to report it. We promise to take a look and remove the content in a timely fashion if there’s a problem with it.
- Luke Jerram is able to use any work posted here to help promote streetpianos projects across the world. This means that you grant him a “non-exclusive licence”, which is where you retain ownership of your work, but Luke’s allowed to use it for the stated purpose. If you include a credit in your comment, that credit will be used if the picture or video is used elsewhere.

Nid oes rhaid i delerau ac amodau fod yn llawn jargon cyfreithiol ac yn bum tudalen o hyd. Dyma’n rhai ni mewn iaith glir a syml. Mae hyn yn ymwneud â’ch defnydd o’r wefan, yn bennaf mewn perthynas â lanlwytho cynnwys fel sylwadau, lluniau a fideos.
- Rydych chi’n cytuno i beidio â phostio unrhyw beth anaddas, anghyfreithlon neu amherthnasol (sef testun, lluniau neu fideos)
- Rydych chi’n cytuno i bostio eich cynnwys chi eich hun yn unig, neu gynnwys y mae gennych chi ganiatâd i’w lanlwytho.
- Mae’r holl gynnwys yn eiddo i’r sawl sy’n ei bostio, nid y wefan hon. Os ydych chi’n gweld rhywbeth sy’n torri hawlfraint, neu’n anghyfreithlon, defnyddiwch y botwm “cwyno am hyn…” nesaf at y sylw i gwyno amdano. Rydym yn addo edrych arno a dileu’r cynnwys yn ddi-oed os oes problem gydag ef.
- Gall Luke Jerram ddefnyddio unrhyw waith a gaiff ei bostio yma i helpu i hyrwyddo prosiectau street pianos ar draws y byd. Mae hyn yn golygu eich bod yn rhoi “trwydded anghyfyngedig”, sy’n golygu eich bod chi’n cadw perchnogaeth ar eich gwaith, ond mae Luke yn cael ei ddefnyddio ar gyfer y dibenion a nodir.
