Truly, before you know it, people turn around, bikers stop & come over, & we all start talking to one another about the project.

Tried to engage a lady who was practicing one handed drills, but she just relinquished the spot & walked off. Can't help constantly doing my repertoire of "Merry Go 'Round Broke Down" "Sundown" &-- even did "Fur Elise" here. Glad for the pictures that make it easier to find the pianos everywhere. Sorry they don't have "I Love A Piano" books around these downtown unpainted ones, or I'd've made everybody sing along! Thanks, Dann, for scavenger hunting with me ;-D

Played a few familiar songs, and I was lucky enough to have someone special to me take some really fantastic pictures. Several folks in Battery Park enjoyed a warm sunny day, with great music, and a friendly atmosphere. Kudos to the sponsors of this event!
