Play Me, I'm Yours

Touring internationally since 2008, Play Me, I’m Yours is an artwork by artist Luke Jerram. More than 1300 pianos have now been installed in 45 cities across the globe, from Paris to Santiago de Chile, bearing the simple invitation Play Me, I’m Yours. The project has already reached more than six million people worldwide.

Appetite presented Play Me, I’m Yours from 1-31 August 2014. 16 street pianos, decorated by local artists and community groups, were located in parks, squares, hospitals, community centres and other public spaces in Stoke-on-Trent for anyone to play and enjoy.  At the end of the project the pianos were donated to local charities and community groups.

This website was made for you to post and share your films, photos and stories about the pianos. Whilst documenting each piano’s journey, it connects the pianos and their communities across the city and acts as a legacy for the artwork.
