Play Me, I'm Yours
Stratford: 2012
Play Me, I’m Yours is an artwork by British artist, Luke Jerram. Presented by Stratford Summer Music, eight pianos decorated by local artists were installed across downtown Stratford, for everyone to play, to commemorate the 80th anniversary of Glenn Gould’s birth. These eight pianos were joined by one of the 41 Street Pianos from Play Me, I’m Yours Toronto 2012 courtesy of TO2015.
The Stratford Street Pianos were available to play from August 1 – August 26 2012. Stratford Summer Music worked with the Toronto2015 Organizing Committee of the Pan/Parapan American Games and their sponsor CIBC to present this exciting project in Stratford.
This website is for you to post your comments, videos and pictures about the pianos, and while documenting each piano’s journey, connect the pianos and their communities across the city. Choose a piano location to share and view films, photos, and comments.
