There are 21 decorated pianos in Melbourne’s public spaces around the city, Arts Centre & surrounds, from 19 Jan-4 Feb. We found one piano at the Royal Botanic Gardens.

Working with Royal Botanic Gardens and Thornbury Primary School, contemporary Indigenous artist Robert Young facilitated the design and painting of the piano by Thornbury Primary students.
“Thornbury Primary School prides itself on its strong focus for Arts and Culture. This piano will live a playful life at TPS for many years to come."
